AWESOME RELATIONS/STAR SQUADS TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AS YOU WILL BE BOUND TO THESE TERMS UPON JOINING ANY STAR SQUAD

Awesome Relations/Star Squads provides this web site and all related services to you in compliance with the following stated terms. This agreement governs the relationship between you, the Squad Member, and Awesome Relations/Star Squads, the Squad Leader(s), in regards to the usage of this web site and all related services. You will become bound to these terms upon joining any Star Squad, so it is important that you read them thoroughly and carefully.

Awesome Relations/Star Squads reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes made to these terms will result in an immediate notification to you, either through electronic mail or notification on web site. By choosing to remain a member of any Star Squad after reviewing the new terms, you agree to comply with the changes.

Registration: In order to use or access any materials in designated Star Squad areas, you must be a registered member. Upon submitting your registration, you agree that all information is accurate and agree to the Awesome Relations/Star Squads Terms Of Service. You must provide all required information in order to become a registered member of a Star Squad. If at anytime the information you submitted is deemed false or inaccurate, Awesome Relations/Star Squads reserves the right to discontinue your membership without prior notice. It is your responsibility to keep your information current.

By becoming a registered member of a Star Squad, you confirm that you currently are not registered under another name and email address. Awesome Relations/Star Squads does not allow multiple registrations for one individual for one specific Star Squad. Awesome Relations/Star Squads does not allow members to falsely register new members for their own gain of points and rewards. If at any time you are deemed to be submitting multiple and/or false registrations, Awesome Relations/Star Squads reserve the right to discontinue your membership without prior notice.

In order to become a registered member of a Star Squad, you must be at least 13 years of age or older. Any registration stating you are under the age of 13 will not be completed until permission to become a registered member of a Star Squad has been obtained from a parent or legal guardian. Stating that you are under the age of 13 requires you to provide the name and email address of a parent or legal guardian. Awesome Relations/Star Squads does not knowingly collection information from persons under the age of 13.

In order to participate in a specific Star Squad, you must be a registered member of the specific Star Squad. You must register for each Star Squad separately in ordered to be granted permission to use or access the materials provided for each.

After your registration is received and completed, you will receive a Member ID number and access to designated Star Squad areas protected by username and password. It is your responsibility to keep your Member ID number to participate in any Star Squad events, and it is your responsibility to keep the access to designated Star Squad areas protected by username and password in a secure and confidential place. As a part of your registration, you agree not to share the access to designated Star Squad areas protected by username and password with anyone.

Participation: In order to participate in any Star Squad events ("contest," "promotion," "effort" or "promotion"), you must be a registered member of that particular Star Squad. You agree to the rules and guidelines of each event, as they are stated at the time of event launch, by choosing to participate in the event. All winners of events are final.

Code Of Conduct: While using this site and being a registered member of a Star Squad, you agree not to do the following:

Use any service or software to damage or reproduce our site, its contents and its services.

Prevent anyone from accessing our site and services by any means, including "hacking.

Bash or decharacterize any staff member of Awesome Relations/Star Squads and any registered member of a Star Squad.

State or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by Awesome Relations/Star Squads without prior written consent.

Share any material, content, service or information that is illegal, fake, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, slanderous or otherwise questionable, or jeopardizes our or any third party's property or other rights.

Spread any software or material that is hazardous to Awesome Relations/Star Squads, their software, hardware and other property, as well as to registered members of a Star Squad, including viruses, worms, Trojan horses and computer bombs.

Remove and/or replace any copyrights, trademarks or other property notices belonging to Awesome Relations/Star Squads and any third party members.

Frame or mirror any portion of our site without prior written consent.

Collect or gather information from anyone who uses our site and services without prior written consent.

SPAM: While using this site and being a registered member of a Star Squad, you agree: An electronic message is "spam" IF: (1) the recipient's personal identity and context are irrelevant because the message is equally applicable to many other potential recipients; AND (2) the recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent; AND (3) the transmission and reception of the message appears to the recipient to give a disproportionate benefit to the sender.

Copyrights: The contents on our site are protected under copyright law and may not be copied or reproduced in any form with prior written consent. All items on our site are property of Awesome Relations/Star Squads, as well as the original owners. Permission has been obtained to display specific items.

Contact Agreement: By joining this squad, you grant us permission to contact you via email about new clients to the Star Squads/Awesome Relations service.
